SwipeRail is a free app provided as-is. Use it however you like on your own device. There are no warranties, no accounts, and no data collection. If we update these terms, we'll post the changes here.
By downloading, installing, or using SwipeRail ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please uninstall the App and discontinue use.
SwipeRail is a free, standalone alphabetical app launcher for Android. It provides a fast way to browse and launch your installed applications. The App operates entirely on your device and does not require an internet connection, user account, or subscription.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Android device you own or control.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App, except to the extent that such restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App — including its design, code, graphics, and name — are and remain the property of SwipeRail's developer. These terms do not grant you any rights to use the SwipeRail name, logo, or branding.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device or Android version.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall SwipeRail's developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App — regardless of the theory of liability.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
